  • developed by Visionest Institute Estonia, implemented in cooperation with Ukraine’s Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, within the framework of the Diia Business Ukrainian national project

  • We have prepared a small list of assets that can be a successful investment in our region.
  • We met with the head of the region and established cooperation with the Uzhgorod city hall.
  • I“ll attach a letter with the opportunities of the Transcarpathian region from the regional department.
  • I am working on a marketing strategy.
  • We are finishing the preparation of a project to audit contractual relations for an existing business in the region (launch in January 2025) and working on a model of a cluster of military goods manufacturers in the region.
  • Among the implemented cases in the fall:
  • Development and support of an agreement on the supply of solar panels from the Czech Republic to Ukraine and an agreement on the supply of electrical goods from China.
  • Establishing contacts with manufacturers and suppliers of generators for industry
    full administration of approval and distribution of credit lines for clients in the amount of several tens of millions of hryvnias.
  • Organizing a meeting with the local administration of representatives of a German plant in the field of mechanical engineering and meeting with German electronics manufacturers in Lviv.
  • As a result, the client established cooperation and supplies with such companies as Bizlink, Elocab, DMC, Panduit, Amphenol and OV Verbindungssysteme.
  • Our needs: Today I bear the administrative costs of maintaining an office and the salaries of 5 people. Not every project is financially profitable for our company, but these measures contribute to attracting investments, establishing cooperation and stabilization. Therefore, financial support for both the administrative costs of the office and the budget of individual projects is always necessary.

A light industry factory of 31,000 m² located near the Fischer ski factory, 40 km from the Slovak border. It is a Soviet-era building with all documentation in order. The seller is a non-resident, and there are no legal disputes. 90$/м2.
A 1-hectare land plot in Kyiv for development, offered at a relatively low price. The land is privately owned, with no legal disputes. A preliminary due diligence review has been completed.
A state-owned bank is selling an „educational“ building of 7,300 m² through an open Prozorro auction. It is located in a good area, 90 meters from a metro station in Kyiv, priced at $5,2 million. I am highlighting this project because there is a team capable of developing an educational project in this building with a 10% ROI in euros/dollars. Additionally, the project could qualify as an impact investment and serve as a flagship project for an interested investor. I can provide full support.
A school building of 5,000 m², constructed in 2019, with renovations, is for sale at $950/m². The building is rented out to a private school, offering an 8% annual ROI to the owner. The tenant covers all maintenance costs. The documentation is clear and well-structured.

We are currently seeking partnerships with international insurance companies to utilize confiscated Russian assets to provide insurance coverage against war risks for infrastructure projects (including potential damages or disruptions caused by Russian military actions). Given the prolonged war, protecting infrastructure investments from such risks is crucial for ensuring the continuity and success of projects.

Our initiative aims to support private sector engagement in the reconstruction of Ukraine amidst the war. By partnering with international insurance companies, we aim to mitigate the risks associated with investing in Ukraine. By providing insurance coverage against war risks, we can encourage greater participation from lenders, grant providers, and investors in new infrastructure construction projects or the restoration of those affected by military attacks.
